The hotel location is great, being close to the train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the rooms are comfortable and clean. the service is friendly, with staff being helpful and accommodating. the breakfast is tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel offers laundry service and a child-friendly environment.
The shower in the room tended to leak, causing some inconvenience.

Spent a lovely Christmas at a hotel in the mountains. the room was spacious, well-decorated, and offered great views of the surrounding area. the snowy slopes outside made the perfect Christmas postcard. the breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices, and the staff were friendly and always on hand to help with our queries. the hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of the town center and a ski lift. We enjoyed taking a leisurely stroll in the snow and staying warm in the hotel at night, watching the snowflakes fall.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable, with the signal dropping out quite frequently. the soundproofing could have been better, as we could clearly hear some noise from other guests in the hallway during the night.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this family-run hotel in a charming Swiss village. The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station, and we appreciated the covered parking. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony. The breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome.

Spent Xmas up in the mountains, loved the cozy and homey feel of the chalet. The breakfast spread was brilliant, especially the freshly made eggs and variety of pastries available. It was great to have the picturesque village just a short walk away and easily accessible, with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore.
The room was a bit cramped and could have been warmer, especially during colder nights. Although the wifi was available, it struggled to hold a good connection at times.
